Really enjoyed our extremely spacious and outstanding rooms.
The breakfast was satisfactory with enough portions and the eggs on place, as for instance to choose from. The staff were polite, particularly good location close to everything.

Everything about this great central hotel was perfect. The food was fab and there were a wide array of dishes in the menu. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the superior queen room with spacious bathrooms, great view, for example. Polite people were working here.

Cozy getaway with nice amenities
I stayed for 2 nights in a Superior Queen Room. The room was clean and comfy, and the rain shower was such a treat! Seriously, so refreshing after a long day exploring. The bar area had a cool vibe too, perfect for kickin' back. Just wish the breakfast options had a bit more variety.

Beautifully remodeled hotel with a comfortable rain shower. Clean, spacious room with a comfy bed. Great conversations with friendly staff. Easy walking distance to town yet away from the noisy streets. The no-window room felt stifling at times. A bit of street noise was noticeable during the night. I wish breakfast had more variety, as it was quite limited.

Lukewarm shower water that never gets hot enough!!! Poorly executed key system that wastes electricity when leaving the room!!! A greasy Western-style breakfast option that needs serious attention!!!

comfortable stay , but breakfast needs variety
The staff were friendly and engaging. My room had a high-pressure rain shower that was the best I've encountered in Malaysia. The hotel's location allowed for an easy walk to town while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. Guests generally appreciate the clean and spacious rooms.
I found that breakfast had limited options.

It was just a commendable fit for spending a night in Kuching with real value for money. The high-pressure rain shower in my room was a nice surprise and made for a refreshing experience. If you're sensitive to cold, consider adjusting the air conditioning in the dining area.

Had a fantastic time with a lovely high-pressure rain shower that was super refreshing and a delicious breakfast featuring a mix of Asian and Western dishes. I really enjoyed the spa services and the cozy lounge area, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Only downside was a bit of noise at night, but it didn't ruin my overall experience. 👍

Room Comfort: the spacious triple room was like a cozy oasis in the bustling city, with an electric kettle that felt like my personal genie granting tea wishes. the comfort was so divine; it was like sleeping on a cloud made of marshmallows.
Limited breakfast variety.
